Robert J. Beckwith

Robert began his career as a public defender, where he earned "not guilty" verdicts in cases ranging from Simple Battery and Criminal Trespass to Rape and Malice Murder. That experience — standing between the state and an individual with everything on the line — forged the trial instincts and relentless advocacy he brings to every personal injury case today.

Since 2019, Robert has worked primarily in personal injury litigation, handling hundreds of cases at the Warlick Firm, PC in Woodstock, Georgia. Over that time, he has recovered tens of millions of dollars for clients injured through no fault of their own.

Robert earned his A.B. in History from the University of Georgia in 2009 and his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2012. He is licensed to practice in the State of Georgia and is committed to representing injured Georgians with the same tenacity he brought to the defense table.

Outside the office, Robert lives in Roswell, Georgia with his wife and family. When he's not in the courtroom, you'll find him traveling, hitting the trails, or on the sidelines coaching youth soccer and basketball.
